Orders
Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Items ordered together will arrive in one box. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. Furniture and made to order items will have longer processing and shipping times. When your order does ship we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of the product. Custom order cannot be refunded. To initiate a return, please contact us directly replying to your order confirmation email.
The promo code you received can be used on your first order only. It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or already marked-down merchandise. Please note that the code has no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases or gift cards.

Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting in your item (i.e. waiting upon project completion or residential move).
Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility. Timing of refund may depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payment.
We will consolidate all of your items into one shipment. In some cases your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of items with lead times or on backorder).
While Objects with Origin LLC cannot take responsibility for packages marked as delivered, we are here to help you navigate the process. Contact us at info@objectswithorigin.com if you need guidance on how to proceed with the carrier or for additional support.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping. We do however have the option of including a personalized gift note in your order. Please note that this option appears in your basket prior to the checkout.
